You are wrong. Your ‘facts’ are patently wrong. The? highest number of military personel on the ground in Haiti was 22,000, and that was in February. The US has a long history in Haiti spanning well over 100 years. You’re wrong, not only about what’s going on today, but what’s gone on in the past.

@Ayisiens Security forces were needed to protect shipments. That aside, there are less than 500 military men on the ground? there, now. Down from 22,000. So, Obviously, we’re not sending more.
As for ‘never caring,’ your ‘facts’ are devoid of historical precedent. The US has been involved in Haiti since building it’s banking and administrative infrastructure before 1890. The US has been involved in human rights issues in Haiti since the 70s.
